Dilendra Wimalasekere
Chief Executive Officer
The Founder and CEO of Eureka Technology Partners, Dilendra focuses on corporate strategy and guiding the Company's growth in the technology arena. He has 14 years of Senior Executive experience, 11 of which in the telecom and IT industries. With a BA from the College of Wooster, majoring in Business Economics and a Graduate Certificate in E-Business he also completed MIT's (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) "Birthing of Giants" Entrepreneur Leadership Program - a highly selective invitation only executive education program for 60 leading young entrepreneurs, each of whom already has a proven and successful track record. In addition to the above achievements, Dilendra is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka and its former Treasurer. He is also the Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Telecom Providers Association and an Executive Committee Member of the Software Exporters Association.
Chandan de Silva
Board Member
Chandan guides Eureka's senior team on corporate and financial strategy. He has over 15 years experience at global 1000 companies such as Level (3) Communications where he was Chief Financial Officer for Europe, British Telecom Plc where he was Head of Group Financial Planning and Computer Associates - London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has a degree in Math and Management from Queen Elizabeth College, London University.
Saman Jayawardena
Director Operations
A certified Six Sigma Blackbelt, Saman is responsible for managing operations at Eureka. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and has a degree in Business Administration.
He joined Eureka in 1998 as Head of Finance and moved to operations in 2003. Saman has worked in several leading financial institutions with 7 ½ years at Big 5 accounting firms, 3 ½ years at KPMG (Sri Lanka, State of Bahrain, Republic of Maldives, Cambodia) and 4 years at Delloitte & Touche in Gambia.

Sanjiva Weerawarana, Ph. D
Founder, Chairman & CEO WSO2
Sanjiva advices Eureka Technology Partners on Open Source strategy and technologies. After having spent nearly 8 years in IBM Research where he was one of the founders of the Web services platform, Sanjiva founded his own company WSO2. With an equity investment of US$4 Million from Intel Capital WSO2 became the first IT company in Sri Lanka to attract a major US VC.
Sanjiva has been involved with Open Source software both in IBM and in Apache for several years. In recognition for his contributions to Apache, he was elected as a member of the Apache Software Foundation in 2003. Sanjiva founded the Lanka Software Foundation in Sri Lanka and in recognition of his role in promoting Open Source participation from developing countries, he was elected to the Board of the Open Source Initiative (OSI) in April 2005.
Prior to joining IBM, Sanjiva spent 3 years at Purdue University as visiting faculty, where he received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1994.
